Your room rate
Published nightly rates include breakfast and accommodate up to two adults and one child per room. Availability must be confirmed for your selected dates.
Payments and house rules
Torax accepts card payments, cash and bank transfers. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Confirm all transfer instructions directly with Torax before making payment.
Cancellations and refunds
Direct bookings may be cancelled free of charge at least 48 hours before the 12:00 PM check-in time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, and no-shows, will be charged the first night’s room rate. Date changes are subject to availability and any rate difference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 5–10 business days; bank or processing charges may not be refundable.
